March and visiting PaPa

March went by so fast, I can't believe its already April. In March, it finally warmed up enough where I felt that we could all go outside and play at the park up the street. Lil John addresses the park by saying "slides". He wants to go to the "slides" every day. Being in the wonderful state of Texas, sometimes it is still to cold, but there is usually at least one good day each week where we can go and he can play.

Haylee also started eating baby food during March. She has tried Green Beans, Peas, Sweet Peas, and Squash so far. And she has loved them all. She just loves to eat like the rest of us. I think if she could crawl she would steal lil John's food half the time.

Yes! Finally some flavor!

At the end of March we decided to go up to Bonham and visit my grandpa (and uncles and aunt). One of my uncles is in a nursing home and is not doing too well. Lil John behaved very well while we were visiting. Mostly, the trip was to visit my grandpa though (he needed visitors). My grandpa lives with my aunt and uncle. They live out in the country and have so much space for lil John to play. He had so much fun.

He also shot a BB gun a few times. PaPa showed him how.

He also enjoyed echoing the sounds of the cows "Moo"

He was not the only one who enjoyed the visit. Haylee enjoyed being outside too!




We all had so much fun visiting my grandpa for a couple of days.
