The Friday before, my son came home from school with a card and a present which he insisted I opened right then (which I did). I love that he is in school now and that I get to receive those wonderful homemade cards.
Then on Sunday he comes into my classroom from his class and gives me this:
And it really made me feel good that I make the best everything and his eating habits lately have show that it must at least be kind of good!
We went down to my sister-in-law's house where John's uncle and John made dinner for all the moms while Ashley and I enjoyed watching tv without having to worry about the kids or food.
